The People's Committee of Binh Duong province has decided to allocate land to the People's Committee of Thu Dau Mot city with an area of 143,286m2 in Dinh Hoa ward, Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province. This land is an infrastructure project for the resettlement area in the planning area for hospital construction.
Binh Duong People's Committee assigned land to Thu Dau City People's Committee to manage and issue land use right certificates to households and individuals subject to resettlement.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong Province proposed Thu Dau Mot City People's Committee to manage the land for the right purposes and boundaries according to the set map. At the same time, the issuance of land use right certificates must comply with the land use structure, detailed planning approved by the Provincial People's Committee and the law.
Binh Duong province directs relevant departments and branches, together with the People's Committee of Thu Dau Mot city, Dinh Hoa ward and related individuals, to be responsible for implementing this decision.
