Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has just signed Decision No. 1245/QD-TTg on the investment policy for the project to invest in construction and business of infrastructure of Trung Thanh Industrial Park, Nam Dinh province.
Decision approving the investment policy for construction and business of infrastructure of Trung Thanh Industrial Park, Nam Dinh Province (project); at the same time approving the project investor as Nam Dinh Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company.
The project objective is to invest in construction and business of industrial park infrastructure (supporting industrial park type). The land use scale of the project: 200 hectares, the project implementation location is in Yen Trung commune and Yen Thanh commune, district of Y Yen, Nam Dinh province.
The total investment capital of the project is 1,657,098 billion VND, of which the investor's contributed capital is 250 billion VND.
The project's operating period is 50 years from the date the project is approved for investment policy and the investor is approved. The project implementation progress shall not exceed 24 months from the date the State hands over the land.
The decision assigns the People's Committee of Nam Dinh province to direct the Management Board of Nam Dinh industrial parks to guide investors to specify the project implementation progress, noting that the progress of investors' equity contribution to implement the project must ensure compliance with the provisions of the law on land.
The Ministry of Planning and Investment is responsible for the assigned contents of project investment policy appraisal and state management of industrial zones according to the provisions of the Investment Law and relevant laws.
Relevant ministries and branches are responsible for the content of project investment policy appraisal within their functions and tasks according to the provisions of the Investment Law and relevant laws.
The People's Committee of Nam Dinh province directed the Management Board of Nam Dinh Industrial Parks and relevant agencies to coordinate in compensation, support, resettlement and investment in the construction of workers' housing, service works and public utilities for workers working in industrial parks.
Quickly and effectively implement housing projects, social, cultural and sports facilities for workers in industrial parks according to the provisions of the law on industrial parks and the law on housing.
