The People's Committee of Binh Duong province has approved land prices to calculate financial obligations for land plots of Phu Dong 5 Investment Company Limited that have been converted to land use purposes to implement real estate projects.
The approved project is called Phu Dong SkyOne apartment complex in Tan Dong Hiep ward, Di An city, Binh Duong province.
After changing the land use purpose, the project has 5,307 m2 of urban land (high-rise mixed-use land). The approved unit price is more than 42.8 million VND/m2.
The above land price was valued at mid-September 2022. Sen Viet Valuation Joint Stock Company is the unit implementing land valuation.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province requires investors to be responsible for the data and information provided to conduct land valuation. In case the competent state agency later concludes that the project must determine additional financial obligations, the company must comply with the additional financial obligations as required.
For the unit of land valuation, the Chairman of Binh Duong People's Committee suggested that the company must take responsibility for the legal basis of land price valuation, report the results of land valuation, the suitability of information, data and honesty objectivity of the results.
It is known that the above apartment project has been approved for investment with a scale of 2 towers with 31 floors above ground and 1 basement, providing 780 apartments.
