Notably, immediately after Binh Duong merged into Ho Chi Minh City, some administrative procedures were also changed in a reduction direction, making it convenient for people. For example, when people notarized real estate transfer contracts, they had to ask for a certificate of real estate status and land records. Up to now, after the merger, people only have to request land extracts and get rid of real estate status confirmation papers.

"I was instructed by the document handling officer not to need to make a request for confirmation of real estate status anymore. This reduces administrative procedures in notarizing land transfer contracts, I find it very reasonable and convenient for people" - Mr. Le Tan Binh.

Resolving 718 administrative procedures at the commune and provincial levels

According to the leader of Binh Duong ward, the ward's Public Administration Service Center will implement a total of 718 administrative procedures. This figure includes 253 provincial-level administrative procedures, 447 commune-level administrative procedures (including the public security sector) and 18 land administrative procedures. Ensuring comprehensive service to the needs of people and businesses.

Mr. Vo Chi Thanh - Chairman of Binh Duong Ward People's Committee said that the Public Administration Service Center has 23 staff. All administrative procedures are publicly listed. Preparations for the Public Administration Service Center to operate are very convenient, meeting the needs of people and businesses.
