Binh Duong Provincial Electronic Information Portal reported that the People's Committee of Binh Duong province has issued a decision to reclaim land from Tan Ba Agricultural Cooperative in Thai Hoa ward, Tan Uyen city, Binh Duong.
The recovered land area has an area of over 600,000m2 and has been leased by the Provincial People's Committee and granted a land use right certificate to Tan Ba Agricultural Cooperative.
Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee assigned Tan Uyen City People's Committee to direct Tan Uyen City Land Fund Development Center to be responsible for receiving the reclaimed land; at the same time, Tan Ba Agricultural Cooperative was assigned to coordinate with Tan Uyen City People's Committee to hand over the land to Tan Uyen City Land Fund Development Center for management.
According to the People's Committee of Binh Duong province, the reason for the revocation is that the unit terminates land use according to the law as stipulated in Point c, Clause 1, Article 82 of the 2024 Land Law (land allocated or leased by the State for a term but not extended from land use).
