Ms. D.T.H in Ho Chi Minh City said that she received a handwritten transfer of a plot of land without a red book.
In 2005, she was granted a red book for part of her land. The remaining land was used stably by her family, without any disputes.
According to the 1/2,000 scale zoning plan, the location of the remaining land mentioned above is in the current housing group. According to previous documents, the land plot was shown to be a canal. In 2003, according to the cadastral map, the location of this land was recorded as "having a plot of land"
Ms. H asked if her remaining land was eligible for a red book?

The content of her reflection is a specific case under the authority of the locality and needs to be based on archival records and specific regulations issued by the locality according to its authority to implement the Land Law for consideration and resolution; therefore, the Ministry has no basis to answer.
