After the arrangement, the above 3 schools are financially autonomous and ensure regular expenditures (salary, allowances, public services, asset repair, etc.).
For colleges, Ho Chi Minh City currently has 19 schools, of which 14 schools self-guarantee regular expenses, 4 schools self-guarantee regular expenses and 1 school self-guarantee regular expenses and investment expenses.
