The eco-urban area combined with a thematic park in Quang Hanh ward, former Cam Pha city, Quang Ninh city, with a total investment of about 4,180 billion VND, with an area of 202,456.7 m2 (20.25 ha), includes a commercial service area, a commercial housing area, a social housing area and a system of green trees, traffic, and technical infrastructure.
In which, the commercial and service area is about 10.2 hectares wide, including a theme park and many works serving people and tourists.
The highlight is the community mineral bath area with reasonable service prices. Public opinion is interested in the community hot mineral bath area because currently, the entrance fee to the nearby Onsen mineral bath area is quite high, the lowest from 1,000,000 VND/person/turn.
Mineral water in this area is one of the special types of mineral water because of its temperature of about 55 degrees Celsius and salinity, taken from hundreds of meters underground.
According to the design, this complex also has a hotel, multi-purpose building, reception house, two mountain restaurants, 3 cable car stations and a highlight bridge. The hotel and commercial service project alone is 17 above-ground floors, 1 basement and 1 semi-basement floor; multi-purpose building is 10 above-ground floors and 1 basement floor.
The commercial and service area has a total construction area of about 40,800 m2, with height, construction density and land use coefficient suitable according to the approved zoning plan.
In addition to the service complex, the project also develops an eco-urban area with 131 villas, with a population of about 524 people. Villas are planned with 3 floors + roof, and a 3-story cultural house. The social housing area is implemented according to a separate project.
Green space is also allocated a significant part in the project structure. The centralized green tree system, campus green trees, gardens and street green trees are organized and linked into a network of urban green spaces. In particular, about 0.8 hectares of forestry land and green tree land are preserved in their original state, without changing purpose and without building works.
