At Point d, Clause 1, Article 61 of the 2023 Law on Real Estate Business, the conditions for organizations and individuals doing real estate brokerage services are stipulated:
Before operating a real estate brokerage service, a real estate brokerage service business sends information about the business to the state management agency of real estate business at the provincial level where the business is established to be posted on the housing and real estate market information system according to the provisions of this Law.
Accordingly, the 2023 Law on Real Estate Business does not stipulate that state management agencies of real estate business must respond to real estate brokerage service businesses when the business sends information to state management agencies of real estate business before operations.
The provincial state management agency for real estate business will post information about real estate brokerage service businesses on the housing and real estate market information system.
The reception and settlement of administrative procedures in the electronic environment in localities shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations of the provincial People's Committee.
