Based on registered aspirations and the actual allocation capacity of the locality, 14 households will carry out procedures for lottery to receive land at resettlement area No. 226 Le Lai and 22 households will draw lots at resettlement area No. 83 Van My street.
To ensure rights and fairness, households are drawn lots to determine positions by group, in which the draw order is prioritized to be determined according to the land handover time. In particular, for cases of households with meritorious services to the revolution, local authorities implement a policy of prioritizing the draw to group positions at a higher level than the general regulations.
