In Ha Dong district, OXH2 and OXH3 buildings under the Kien Hung Social Housing Project (Kien Hung ward, Ha Dong district, Hanoi city) are receiving applications to buy social housing after 5 years of lease. The time for receiving documents is from March 26, 2025 to May 9, 2025.
The selling price of social housing in OXH2 building is 13,695,400 VND/m2. In addition, the selling price of social housing in OXH3 building is 13,781,131 VND/m2.
In Me Linh district, the social housing project in Kim Hoa Urban Area (Me Linh, Hanoi) including 720 apartments is expected to receive registration documents in the second quarter of 2025.
The selling price of social housing is provisionally assessed by the investor at VND 21,281,851/m2, including VAT but excluding maintenance costs. For the form of lease, the preliminary price is 262,738 VND/m2 per month, including VAT and not including maintenance costs.

In Long Bien district, the Thuong Thanh social housing project (lane 90 Gia Quat, Thuong Thanh, Long Bien) has a scale of 3 CT1, CT2, CT3 apartment buildings with 22 floors and 44 townhouses, invested by a joint venture of Him Lam Capital Joint Stock Company and BIC Vietnam Joint Stock Company.
CT1 building with the commercial name Rice City Thuong Thanh is expected to collect documents starting from the third quarter of 2025.



In Dong Anh, the CT3 Kim Chung and Dong Anh social housing projects will collect registration documents, expected to start from 8:00 a.m. on October 1, 2025 and end at 5:00 p.m. on November 11, 2025. The total number of apartments in the project is 1,104. Of which, there are 175 commercial apartments for sale with an area of 59 - 63m2; 717 social housing apartments for sale also have similar areas and 212 social housing apartments for rent with an area of 49 - 59m2.
The temporary selling price of social housing apartments is VND 18,400,000/m2, including VAT and maintenance costs. For apartments for rent, the provisional price is 95,000 VND/m2/month, which also includes taxes and maintenance fees.

In Thanh Tri district, the N01 Ha Dinh social housing project (Tan Trieu commune, Thanh Tri district) is expected to receive applications to buy social housing in the fourth quarter of 2025.
The selling price of social housing is about 25,000,000 VND/m2, the rental price is about 150,000 VND/m2/month. The rental price for social housing is about 390,000 VND/m2/month.
The Hanoi Department of Construction recommends and strictly prohibits organizations and individuals from taking advantage of social housing policies and people's needs to collect money and deposits in violation of regulations. Any fraudulent acts when declaring and confirming the records of buying and renting social housing when discovered (including during the post-inspection process) will be handled according to current regulations.
People do not accept transfers in violation of social housing regulations and do not register to submit applications for social housing at locations not notified by the investor on the website of the Hanoi Department of Construction.
