What is the procedure for registering changes in red book issuance?
Step 1: The applicant prepares complete land change registration documents.
Pursuant to Article 29 of Decree 101/2024/ND-CP, the land change registration dossier includes the following documents:
+ Application for land change registration
+ Red book issued
+ Related documents such as: Land division drawings, land use rights lease/sublease documents...
+ Authorization contract (if any)
Step 2: The person who requests to apply for land change registration to one of the following agencies:
+ One-stop department;
+ Land registration office;
+ Branch of Land Registration Office.
If a domestic organization, religious organization, foreign organization with diplomatic functions, economic organization with foreign investment capital... receives land use rights, it must submit to one of two locations: the One-Stop Department or the Land Registration Office (Based on Article 21 of Decree 101/2024/ND-CP).
