It is expected that by May 20, the working groups will complete the inventory of 28 companies located in 2 land plots (including the planned construction of the Provincial Political - Administrative Center of 105 hectares and the land plot for auction of land use rights of 8.94 hectares); On June 7, the inventory of all companies operating in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park will be completed.
According to statistics, Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park currently has 68 operating companies. Bien Hoa City People's Committee has also issued 68 decisions to reclaim land sent to each enterprise.
This counting is the basis for developing a compensation and support plan when reclaiming land according to regulations.
The project to build the provincial Political - Administrative Center is expected to start construction on September 2.
