On July 22, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province issued a document on applying the land price list from July 1, 2025 in Dong Nai province.
According to the document, the Provincial People's Committee approved to continue applying the land price list issued in each locality before the merger.
Accordingly, the land price list of Dong Nai province before the merger is in the following decisions: No. 56/2022/QD-UBND dated December 19, 2022, No. 24/2023/QD-UBND dated May 23, 2023 and No. 86/2024/QD-UBND dated December 27, 2024. The land price list of Binh Phuoc province (old) applies according to the following decisions: No. 18/2020/QD-UBND dated August 12, 2020, No. 52/2024/QD-UBND dated December 27, 2024.
The application period is from July 1 to December 31, 2025.
In particular, the prices of land types in the wards and communes after the merger are based on the areas of communes, wards and towns before the merger for application.
The Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment to urgently advise the Provincial People's Committee to issue a new land price list of Dong Nai province to apply from January 1, 2026.
