Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee has just issued decisions adjusting the content related to the management and reception of 2 land plots that have been recovered before, in order to ensure uniform management of the land fund after implementing administrative unit arrangement.
According to the issued decisions, Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee adjusted a number of contents in Decision No. 336/QD-UBND on land recovery of Cao Bang Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company in Ly Tu Trong street and Decision No. 1553/QD-UBND on land recovery of the old Mother and Child Health Protection Center in Old Quarter.
A noteworthy point in the adjustment decisions is the transfer of the unit receiving and managing land plots from the Cao Bang City People's Committee (old) to the Cao Bang Provincial Land Fund Development Center.
At the same time, the locations of the land plots are updated according to the new administrative boundaries, from Hop Giang ward to Thuc Phan ward.
Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee assigned Thuc Phan Ward People's Committee to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to hand over land and assets attached to land (if any) to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment is responsible for coordinating in the handover process, ensuring compliance with regulations.
After receiving, the Cao Bang Provincial Land Fund Development Center will manage the land plots and develop appropriate use plans according to the provisions of law.
The Provincial People's Committee emphasized that other contents not within the scope of adjustment continue to be implemented according to previous land acquisition decisions issued. Adjustment decisions take effect from the date of signing.
The adjustment is carried out to be consistent with the process of arranging the organizational structure, administrative units and state management functions, contributing to improving the efficiency of management and exploitation of land funds in the province.
