Mr. V.V.D in Hanoi sent a reflection to the Government Portal stating that his family has a red book of 544 m2 of land, issued on November 21, 2000, for housing use. Now his family wants to reissue the red book and separate the plot, so can it be counted as 544 m2 of residential land or not?
