The People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province issued Decision 15/2025/QD-UBND amending Decision 48/2024/QD-UBND amending Decision and Regulations on the Land Price List for the period 2020-2024 in Thai Nguyen province, along with Decision 46/2019/QD-UBND at the meeting on June 16, 2025.
This Decision takes effect from June 16, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
In this land price list, Phan Dinh Phung ward recorded the highest price, ranging from 1.15-8 million VND/m2. The lowest price is located in the central administrative and resettlement area of Phuc Ha commune (old - now Quyet Thang ward) with a planned road of 12m and 11.5m wide.
The price reached 8 million VND/m2 belonging to residential area of group 4, Phan Dinh Phung ward. This is a planned road section of 19.5m wide (infrastructure has been completed).

Meanwhile, Song Cong ward has a "softer" price of 1.8-7.9 million VND/m2. The lowest selling price is located in the ecological urban area along the Song Cong - Area A (infrastructure completed section) with a planned road of 13m wide. Van Phuc Song Cong urban area, Song Cong ward - the planned road of 42m wide on Tran Phu street is the area with the highest price.

Phu Binh district (old - now Diem Thuy commune) listed urban land prices from only 1.9 - 3 million VND/m2.
With 1.9 million VND/m2, buyers can choose Tan Hoa 2 resettlement area (15.5m wide planned road); Tan Hoa 1 resettlement area (15.5m wide planned road remaining); Resettlement area in Dat Thanh Luong Residential Area, Tan Hoa commune, now Tan Thanh commune (15.5m wide planned road).
Urban area No. 2 of new urban area of Diem Thuy (infrastructure section completed) - The planned road is 33m wide, buyers only need to spend 3 million VND/m2.
Dinh Hoa commune has put on the market a price of 3.34 VND/m2 located in the Ho Chi Minh road resettlement area. The characteristic is the planned road width from 13m to 15m (the infrastructure section has been completed).
