The plots of land have an area of 111-383m2/plot with starting prices from 886,000 VND/m2 to 4.6 million VND/m2. The deposit for the plots ranges from over 32 million VND to nearly 324 million VND/plot.
On January 16, 2025, Bao Phong Joint Stock Auction Company also coordinated with the Civil Judgment Enforcement Office of Hai Ba Trung District to organize an auction of the right to use more than 148 square meters of land at address Group 19B (now No. 285 - spontaneous number, Nguyen Khoi Street, Group 21, Thanh Luong Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi City).
The starting price of the auctioned land is over 14.84 billion VND. The deposit is over 1.48 billion VND.
On January 17, 2025, Bao Phong Joint Stock Auction Company also coordinated with the Civil Judgment Enforcement Office of Hai Ba Trung District to organize an auction of 4 plots of land located at Group 19B (now No. 285 - spontaneous number, Nguyen Khoi Street, Group 21), Thanh Luong Ward, Hai Ba Trung District. The area of the auctioned plots is 124-139.5m2. The starting price ranges from over 12.1 billion VND to over 14.8 billion VND/plot.
On January 18, 2025, Quoc Oai district (Hanoi city) will organize an auction of the right to use 26 land plots (LK1, LK2 areas) belonging to the project to build technical infrastructure for the land auctioned for land use rights in Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune.
The plots of land have an area of 85-122m2/plot. The starting price of the plots is 4.7 million VND/m2, equivalent to from 400 million VND to more than 573 million VND/plot.
Auction is conducted by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction and a minimum of 6 mandatory rounds. Direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction ends when no one else bids.
