Nghi Duong Commune People's Committee organized a conference to pay compensation and support money to households and individuals in Xuan Mai village who have land within the scope of recovery to implement the Ngu Phuc Industrial Park infrastructure development investment project (phase 1).
In this phase, Nghi Duong Commune People's Committee implemented the payment of nearly 146 billion VND in compensation and support according to the approved plan. The payment process was organized publicly, transparently, in accordance with regulations, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people.
The Ngu Phuc Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Investment Project has a scale of 238.6 ha, implemented from the second quarter of 2025 to the end of the second quarter of 2030. This is one of the large-scale industrial parks in the southern coastal economic zone of the city, expected to become an attractive destination for investors.
The payment of compensation and support is an important step contributing to accelerating the progress of site clearance, creating conditions for the implementation of the Ngu Phuc Industrial Park infrastructure development investment project (phase 1), meeting the socio-economic development requirements of the locality.
