Phu Cat Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) has issued a notice on finding land users to carry out site clearance for the project of developing the semi-mountainous communes of Quoc Oai district (DH 09 Phu Cat, Hoa Thach, Dong Yen routes), Phu Cat commune, Hanoi city.
Through reviewing cadastral records, land management records and on-site inventory results, there is currently 1 land plot within the land recovery scope of the project of developing the semi-mountainous communes of Quoc Oai district (DH 09 Phu Cat - Hoa Thach - Dong Yen route), the land user or legal land user has not been identified.
Land plot No. 63, map sheet No. 03 (in the name of the old land user, Ms. Nguyen Thi Len), belonging to Hoa Truc village, Hoa Thach commune, Quoc Oai district, Hanoi city (now Phu Cat commune, Hanoi city).
The land plot area is 629.9 m2, the recovered area is 22.9 m2. Land type: ONT+LNK land.
The Phu Cat commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board requests organizations, households, and individuals who are land users, property owners or people with rights and interests related to the above-mentioned land plot to contact and provide documents and materials proving land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land.

At the end of the above-mentioned notice period, if no organization, household, or individual comes to contact or provide documents proving land use rights and property ownership according to regulations, the Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board shall coordinate with the Project Working Group of the same village to make minutes of land plot inventory according to regulations; organize the preparation of a draft public plan and submit it for appraisal and approval of the plan.
