According to the reflected content, some households in Van village have built corrugated iron houses and solid brick walls on agricultural land. However, up to now, the inspection and handling of My Duc Commune People's Committee has not been carried out thoroughly, causing public outrage in the locality.
People proposed that the Hanoi City People's Committee and functional agencies soon direct the My Duc Commune People's Committee to inspect and strictly handle violations, force the restoration of the original state in accordance with the law, and ensure discipline in land management and use in the area.

Regarding this content, the Economic Department - My Duc Commune People's Committee said that the area that citizens reflected is a locality with many complex violations, lasting from previous government periods to now, including the period before and after the implementation of the two-level government model.
According to My Duc Commune People's Committee, the locality is developing a plan to inspect, review, and verify to gradually handle violations in accordance with regulations. Regarding new violations arising from July 1, 2025 to now, the Commune People's Committee affirmed that it has resolutely handled them thoroughly, not allowing new violations to occur without being handled.
