On October 20, the Department of Construction of Quang Tri province said that Vincom Retail Operations Company Limited (under Vingroup Corporation) has provided information about social housing under the Nam Dong Ha Urban - Service - Commercial Area Project (Nam Dong Ha ward, Quang Tri province).
Accordingly, from the fourth quarter of 2021 to the fourth quarter of 2024, Vincom Retail Operations Company Limited (investor) has implemented and completed the project with 142 social housing units. The land area for each house construction is not more than 70m2. The total land area of the project is 13.69ha, of which social housing land belongs to the project 11,547m2.
Informing the Department of Construction of Quang Tri province, the investor is in the process of building a selling price and a rental price. It is expected that from November 1, 2025 to November 30, 2025, 2025, 2022, social housing applications will be received.
Recorded in the above social housing project, the houses have been built and painted on the outside. The road system, electricity, and surrounding trees are quite beautiful.

The expected price in social housing projects is about 1.1 billion VND to 1.3 billion VND (except for apartments with 2 frontages).
"We have instructed people who want to buy social housing to prepare documents in advance. When the investor opens for sale and the application is approved, then the apartment can be chosen" - broker Le Dinh Van informed.
Mr. Van Duc Loi - Deputy Director of the Department of Construction of Quang Tri province - said that up to now, Vincom Retail Operations Company Limited has not provided the selling price and rental price of social housing in the Nam Dong Ha Urban - Service Area Project.
When information is provided, the selling price and rental price will be publicly posted on the electronic information portal of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province and the electronic information page of the Department of Construction of the province.
It is known that the above project is the first social housing project to be completed in the southern area of Quang Tri province. The location for social housing construction is next to the auctioned land, with full infrastructure, near hospitals and industrial parks.
