The strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression is strong at level 7 (50-61 km/h), gusting at level 9. The tropical depression is moving in a Northwest direction at a speed of about 25 km/h.
Forecast for the next 24 hours, the tropical depression will move in a West-Northwest direction, at a speed of about 25 km/h and is likely to strengthen into a storm. By 13:00 on July 24, the storm's center will be located at about 19 degrees North latitude - 123 degrees East longitude; about 100km northeast of Luzon Island (Philippines). Wind intensity level 8, gusts level 10.
Forecast for the next 48 hours, the storm will move in a West-Northwest direction, at a speed of about 25 km/h and is likely to strengthen further. By 13:00 on July 25, the storm's center will be located at about 21.4 degrees North latitude - 118.3 degrees East longitude; over the northeastern sea area of the Northern East Sea. Wind intensity level 10-11, gusts level 13.
