In May 2026, the Economic Security Department of Khanh Hoa Police worked with MK Holdings Investment Co., Ltd. - the investor of the CT-02 social housing project in An Binh Tan urban area, Nam Nha Trang ward.
The working session aims to ensure economic security and prevent violations in the field of construction investment in social housing projects in the province.
The CT-02 social housing project has a total area of 20,670m2, including 4 15-story towers and 1 basement.
In which, the basement is arranged with a parking area; floors 1 to 2 are commercial, service and technical areas; from floors 3 to 15 are 936 social housing apartments.
According to the investor, the project has completed the bored pile drilling work, and is currently deploying the construction of the basement and ensuring the set schedule.
Up to now, the investor has organized 3 rounds of receiving applications for social housing from people with more than 900 registrations. The process of receiving applications is coordinated with Nam Nha Trang Ward Police to ensure security and order, and no complicated incidents arise.
At the working session, the Economic Security Department requested the investor to strictly implement the receipt and marking of dossiers; not to let the situation of "infiltrating" dossiers, bias, ignoring dossier errors or violations of the law to profit from the policy of buying and renting social housing.
Representatives of MK Holdings Investment Co., Ltd. committed to strictly complying with regulations in receiving and reviewing dossiers; not allowing the situation of running for "diplomatic positions", selling serial numbers, receiving off-limits dossiers or acts causing negative public opinion among the people.
In the coming time, the Economic Security Department will continue to monitor, grasp the situation and supervise the process of receiving and reviewing applications for social housing purchases from investors.
This activity aims to ensure that the project is implemented in accordance with legal regulations, protect the legitimate rights of the people and maintain economic security, social order and safety in the province.
