The Da Nang Department of Construction has just announced a list of real estate service businesses in the area, as of August 1, 2024 to present. According to the published information, there is currently no real estate trading floor licensed to operate.
From that time, the Law on Real Estate Business and Decree 96 of the Government officially take effect. According to regulations, before operating, real estate brokerage, consulting and management businesses must send information to the Department of Construction to be posted on the housing and real estate market information system. Real estate trading floors must submit documents to be licensed by the department.
Up to now, the Da Nang Department of Construction has received and posted information from 9 qualified real estate brokerage, consulting and management service businesses, but the number of licensed real estate trading floors is still 0. In addition, there are no real estate consulting service businesses; real estate management service businesses registered.
The professional agency noted that according to the transitional provisions in the Law on Real Estate Business No. 29/2023/QH15, enterprises that are operating before August 1, 2024 but do not meet the requirements under the law must complete their documents within 6 months. After February 1, 2025, if the conditions are not fully supplemented according to regulations, these enterprises will not be allowed to continue operating.
Previously, the City People's Committee issued Official Letter No. 2795/UBND-DTDT signed by Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Phan Thai Binh, assigning relevant departments and branches to inspect, examine, and review land valuation, land use rights auctions, compensation and resettlement activities, to prevent and strictly handle acts of manipulation and real estate price inflation that disrupt the market.
