On September 22, the Steering Committee for Coercive Enforcement of Kieu Phu Commune (Hanoi) organized a launching ceremony to implement coercive measures, forcing the remedy of consequences for Mr. N.D. D's household in the Goc Gao area, Ngoc Than village, Kieu Phu commune.
The enforcement location is at land plot No. 3632, map sheet No. 05.
The enforcement was carried out according to Decision No. 4328/QD-CCXP dated September 8, 2026 and Decision No. 4384/QD-DC dated September 10, 2026 of Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee.
Based on the Decisions, Mr. N.D. D must implement remedial measures, demolish all violating works on the land plot including items; house with red-lined brick wall structure, about 2.9m high, steel truss, corrugated iron roof; length 12.6m, width 4.6m, area about 58m2 and temporary sleeve house, area about 117.7m2, red-lined brick wall structure, steel truss, corrugated iron roof.
Before the time the functional forces organized the enforcement, the family had proactively and voluntarily dismantled the corrugated iron roof and some other items of the violating construction.
At the working session on September 22, Mr. N.D.'s family agreed to sign the minutes and requested local authorities to support manpower and machinery to carry out the dismantling of the remaining part of the project.
On that basis, functional forces coordinated with the family to deploy necessary vehicles and machinery to proceed with dismantling.
The support is implemented to ensure that the work of overcoming consequences takes place smoothly and quickly, limiting the risk of unsafety during the dismantling of items with wall structures, steel frames and corrugated iron roofs.
The entire violating structure has been completely dismantled. The construction area has been cleared, and the ground has been returned as required by the decision. The coercion session took place safely and seriously, without complicated security and order situations.
According to Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee, the organization of coercion was implemented by Kieu Phu commune after the process of implementing the handling steps according to regulations.
The goal is to ensure that the decisions of competent authorities are strictly implemented, and at the same time strengthen the effectiveness and efficiency of state management of land and construction order in the area, while ensuring the strictness of the law and improving the effectiveness of state management at the grassroots level. Thereby, contributing to preventing prolonged violations and ensuring the management and use of land in accordance with regulations.
According to the plan, from September 22nd to September 24th, the Kieu Phu Commune Enforcement Steering Committee will launch a campaign to enforce and remediate the consequences for 6 violations in the commune.
