HCMC - Phuoc Thang Ward launched the last enforcement of construction works violating the construction order in 120 cases identified in the area.

On September 9, the People's Committee of Phuoc Thang Ward (HCMC) organized an interdisciplinary team to fight for illegal construction in the area. This is the last violation out of a total of 120 violating works discovered and handled in the area.

According to the Department of Economics, Infrastructure and Urban Areas of Phuoc Thang Ward, previously, through the general inspection and review of the area, a total of 120 cases of violations of construction order were discovered.

In a short time, the ward has completely resolved more than 106 cases, and issued 14 enforcement decisions for the remaining cases. However, 9 projects continue to voluntarily request demolition, and have now been completed; 2 projects have filed a lawsuit with the competent Court and have documents applying temporary emergency measures.

On August 20, the People's Committee of Phuoc Thang Ward organized the enforcement of 3 violating works; at the same time, a complaint was sent to the People's Court of Region 11 - Ho Chi Minh City, thereby the Court issued a decision to cancel the application of emergency measures for 2 works. A newly organized enforcement project in a ward on September 4.

Although Mr. N.V.T's project (Hang Dieu Street area) submitted a request for demolition before September 8, it has not fulfilled its commitment, so the People's Committee of Phuoc Thang Ward has carried out the enforcement according to regulations. This is also the last project out of a total of 120 violations in the area.

In the coming time, Phuoc Thang ward will continue to implement many strict monitoring measures, while increasing propaganda for people to grasp, in order to ensure construction order in the area.
