Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City Le Trung Chinh has approved Decision No. 441 promulgating the Regulations on piloting the reception, rotation of records and return of settlement results of administrative procedures (AP) in the land sector regardless of administrative boundaries.
This pilot is applied from March 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 at the land registration offices of Hai Chau and Thanh Khe districts.
Land users who are individuals or communities can choose the nearest place in the area with land to submit documents and receive results of land administrative procedures.
Including a number of procedures, issuance, exchange, re-issuance of land use right certificates, assets attached to land for land users who are individuals or communities.
People can come to register assets attached to the land plot that have been granted a certificate or register changes in assets attached to the land compared to the registered content; issue and renew certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land; reissue certificates due to loss.
Regarding the process of processing documents, individuals and the community can choose to submit documents directly to the Receipt and Results Department at the office of the Hai Chau District People's Committee or Thanh Khe or submit online via the Da Nang City Public Service Portal.
After receiving, the dossier will be electronically forwarded or through the public postal service to the competent handling unit. The processing unit will review the dossier, if it is complete and valid, it will handle it according to regulations. In case the application is missing or invalid, individuals and organizations will receive additional notices via email or SMS messages.
People can receive results by registered method: Receive directly at the place where the initial application was submitted; Receive via public postal service. The time for processing documents will be clearly announced on the system, helping people easily track the processing progress.
