According to the announcement of the Da Nang Department of Construction, the survey participants are groups entitled to social housing policies according to current regulations. Including people with meritorious services to the revolution, poor households, near-poor households, low-income people in urban areas, workers, officials, civil servants, public employees, armed forces, households subject to land clearance and recovery and some other groups of subjects.
Notably, students are only allowed to register for social housing rental needs. Survey participants must have never bought or rented social housing and can only choose one need: rent or purchase.
For the need to rent social housing, people do not have to meet housing and income conditions. In the case of renting accommodation for workers in industrial parks, there must be a labor contract and confirmation from a business operating in the industrial park.
With the need to buy social housing, applicants must meet the conditions on housing and income according to regulations. In which, low-income people, workers, laborers, officials, civil servants, and single public employees have an average income of no more than 25 million VND/month; cases of raising minor children are no more than 35 million VND/month. For married people, the total average income of the couple is no more than 50 million VND/month.
The survey is conducted entirely online to facilitate people and ensure the accuracy of data. People can participate through the official survey portal or scan the QR code announced by functional agencies.
The survey period takes place from June 1 to the end of June 30. The collected results will be an important basis for the city to assess actual needs, develop social housing development plans, and implement projects suitable to the conditions and accessibility of people in the coming time.
