The opening is the Da Nang Downtown Project - a cultural, commercial, service and entertainment complex. With a total investment of nearly VND80,000 billion on an area of nearly 77 hectares, the project is oriented as a vibrant center operating day and night.

The project attracted attention with a large-scale cultural and entertainment park, where a 9,000m2 theater convergence with 4,000 seats, along with a modern museum system and exhibition center. The prominent symbol of this complex is the 69-storey tower, which is expected to become a new architectural highlight of the city.

Also in August 2025, BRG Group officially introduced the Capital Square Project in An Hai Ward. Promoted as the first project in Da Nang to develop according to the "City in City" model, Capital Square has a scale of 6.1 hectares with 14 towers from 24-29 floors, providing about 3,400 luxury apartments.

The project is divided into 2 areas: Capital Square 2 and Capital Square 3. Notably, the entire project is open to foreign investors, contributing to increasing the international integration of the Da Nang market.

In Ngu Hanh Son area, the Newtown Diamond Project is about to launch, located on a 1.47ha land fund, a project with an investment capital of more than VND 1,640 billion, developed by Newtown Company Limited in Vinacapital's Da Nang Beach golf course complex.

Newtown Diamond includes 3 36-storey towers: M1-The Emerald, M2-The Sapphire and M3-The Aquamarine with a 6-storey commercial base, connected through 3 basements, providing more than 1,700 apartments with 1 - 3 bedrooms.

In addition to the supply of apartments, Mia Center Point Project on Ngo Thi Nham Street (Lien Chieu Ward) is opening for sale with a scale of 2,639m2, 25 floors above ground and 1 basement.

The project has 335 apartments, ranging in area from 63-215 m2, ranging from 2 bedrooms to duplex (underground), penthouse, with starting price of about 40 million VND/m2.

Commenting on the Da Nang market, Ms. Duong Thuy Dung - Executive Director, Research Department of CBRE Group Commercial Real Estate Investment and Service Company - said that the Da Nang market continues to show positive prospects, strongly promoted by economic recovery, foreign investment attraction and the explosion of the tourism industry.

Along with that, the administrative merger has expanded development space, increased population size and land fund, creating more opportunities for strategic investors.

Experts say that these factors resonate to create a solid foundation for the Da Nang real estate market to maintain stable growth momentum, attract investment capital, and diversify product supply in the following quarters, contributing to strengthening Da Nang's position as a dynamic and sustainable real estate development center in the Central region.
