Da Nang is currently implementing 24 projects with about 21,289 units that have been assigned to investors, approved investment policies and assigned to investors. Among them, procedures are being implemented to start construction of 18 projects with about 15,725 apartments and construction of 6 projects with about 5,564 apartments is being implemented.
As of May, the city has approved the investment policy and assigned new investors to 7 projects with about 5,144 apartments, started construction of 2 new projects with about 1,222 apartments, completed 1 project with about 568 apartments and has opened for sale 3 projects with 1,477 apartments.
In 2026, the city strives to continue to start new construction from 7 - 9 social housing projects, opening for sale about 6,000 - 7,000 units. In the period 2025 - 2030, it is expected to complete and put into use 28,955 units according to the target assigned in the 1 million apartment project of the Prime Minister.
In parallel with the above goals, the city continues to promote the completion of reviewing and systematizing the entire general plan and zoning plan in the area.
