On August 11, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee informed that the unit had just issued an official dispatch regarding the implementation of the work of adjusting the provincial planning and adjusting the plan to implement the provincial planning.
Before the merger, Dak Lak and Phu Yen provinces had their own plans approved. Therefore, after the merger, the provincial planning needs to be adjusted to suit the area and population size of the new province.
From there, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches, sectors and localities to prepare a report on the results of implementing the provincial planning after the merger.
This report will serve as a basis for adjusting the (new) Dak Lak Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050.
At the same time, relevant units are also assigned the task of drafting a plan to adjust the implementation of the Dak Lak Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050.
After the provincial planning is adjusted and approved, the Department of Finance will advise and submit to competent authorities to issue an adjustment to the implementation plan to ensure strict compliance with legal regulations.
