On June 20, the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee issued a plan to adjust and supplement the list of projects in the housing development plan for the period 2021-2025 in the province.
Accordingly, the province removed from the list of social housing projects, workers' housing, student housing projects of the project "Social housing for cadres, civil servants, public employees, meritorious people and low-income people" in residential group 7, Ea Tling town (Cu cut district).
The Provincial People's Committee added three projects to the list of residential areas, commercial housing development projects, and resettlement housing projects expected to be implemented in the period of 2021-2025.
This includes the project of the ecological urban commercial service along the Serepok River (Tam Thang Commune, Cu cut District) with a scale of 220-225 hectares, meeting about 3,000-4,000 people, with a total investment of VND 2,500 billion, expected to be implemented from 2025.
Ea Tling Town Central Urban Area Project (Cu cut District), scale 9-10ha, accommodates about 1,200 people, total investment capital of 350 billion VND.
The Quang Khe Commune Eco-tourism Urban Resort Project, Dak Glong District, with a scale of over 185 hectares, serving 8,6009,300 people, with a total investment of about VND6,300 billion.
