Dien Bien Provincial Land Fund Development Center (Center) is a public non-business unit directly under the Provincial People's Committee, with legal status, seal and separate account to operate according to the provisions of law.
The Center has a Director and no more than 3 Deputy Directors; 2 departments (Administrative - General and Professional), with a Head of Department and no more than 2 Deputy Heads of Department.

Area 1 includes: Muong Thanh Ward and Thanh An, Thanh Yen, Sam Mun, Nua Ngam, Muong Nha, Na Son, Xa Dung, Pu Nhi, Muong Luan, Tia Dinh, Phinh Giang communes.
Area 2 includes communes: Tuan Giao, Quai To, Muong Mun, Pu Nhung, Chieng Sinh, Tua Chua, Sin Chai, Sinh Phinh, Tua Thang, Sang Nhe.
Area 3 includes: Muong Lay Ward and communes Na Sang, Muong Tung, Pa Ham, Nam Nen, Muong Pon.
Area 4 includes communes: Muong Nhe, Sin Thau, Muong Toong, Nam Ke, Quang Lam, Muong Cha, Na Hy, Na Bung, Si Pha Phin, Cha To.
Branches of the Center are dependent accounting units, have their own seals and are opened accounts to operate according to the provisions of law. Each branch has a Director, Deputy Director and professional staff.
Currently, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center is headed by Mr. Tran Quoc Long as Deputy Director, appointed from April 8, 2026. Mr. Long used to be Deputy Director of Project Management and Land Fund Development Board Area 1 (before dissolution).
