The Quoc Oai District Land Fund Development Center in coordination with the National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 has just successfully auctioned 26 plots of land at the aid for auction in DG31/2019 village, Yen Quan commune, Hung Dao commune (formerly Tan Phu commune).
26 plots of land in Yen Quan village, Hung Dao commune, Quoc Oai district, Hanoi, were auctioned with an area of 85 - 122m2, with a total area of 2,360m2. The starting price of the first round is 5,496,000 VND/m2.
From the second round onwards, the starting price is determined based on the highest valid price of the previous round. The common price step applied in the auction is 3,000,000 VND/m2.
According to the regulations, the minimum auction must go through 6 voting rounds. In case in any round before the 6th round, if there is a minimum valid price equal to the starting price plus 5 price steps and no one participates in bidding in the next round, the person bidding that price will be determined as the auction winner. Because the auction is conducted using the multi-round method, the auction only ends when there are no more customers participating in bidding.
All information about the auction plan, the decision to approve the starting price, the auction regulations, and the location diagram of the land plot have been posted on the specialized electronic information portal on property auctions of the Ministry of Justice, the People's Committee of Quoc Oai district and the District Land Fund Development Center, ensuring that participants have full necessary information before participating in the auction.
Right from the first rounds, customers have shown great interest in the plots of land, creating a vibrant auction atmosphere. As a result, many plots of land were successfully auctioned at prices significantly higher than the starting price.
At the end of the session, of the 26 plots of land put up for auction, the highest winning price was 104 million VND/m2 and the lowest was 62 million VND/m2. The amount of money that Quoc Oai district collected from the auction of land use rights in this round was more than VND 197,3 billion.
