Binh Duong province is carrying out procedures to build Dat Cuoc Industrial Park, in Bac Tan Uyen district.
This industrial park has been approved by the People's Council of Binh Duong province for a general construction planning project (scale 1/5,000).
The planning area of the industrial park is 523ha wide, nature is a concentrated, multi-industry industrial park; attracting investment projects with industries according to the socio-economic development orientation of the province. The industrial park is planned to have a workforce of about 26,000 people.
The investor to build this industrial park is Binh Duong Minerals and Construction Joint Stock Company (KSB). KSB said that it will develop the industrial park that is being implemented with a total construction investment of about VND 4,212 billion.
The Dat Cuoc Industrial Park construction project is divided into two phases, of which phase 1 is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2026 and phase 2 in the third quarter of 2027.
Binh Duong province is implementing a project to relocate factories outside industrial parks in the South and continue to attract FDI investment capital. The construction of the above industrial park continues to create more clean land to welcome investors to build factories.
