According to the Management Board of Binh Duong Industrial Parks, Bac Tan Uyen 1 Industrial Park (Mechanical Industrial Park) has completed the planning task. At the same time, the People's Council of Binh Duong province passed the Resolution on the task of general planning construction of Bac Tan Uyen 1 industrial park.
Currently, the Management Board of Binh Duong Industrial Zones is coordinating with localities and departments to continue implementing the next steps to complete the work of making a general planning project (1/5,000) industrial park.
According to the People's Committee of Binh Duong Province, Bac Tan Uyen 1 Industrial Park is planned to be located in Binh My commune, Tan Lap commune, Bac Tan Uyen district and Hoi Nghia ward, Tan Uyen city.
Binh Duong province has worked with domestic investors to speed up the implementation of the Bac Tan Uyen 1 Industrial Park project.
Investors will build this mechanical industrial park to serve the automobile sector and many other fields. The total investment capital for the project is expected to be about 26,000 billion VND (equivalent to more than 1 billion USD).
The scale of the planning area is 786ha, the labor scale is about 32,000 people. This is a centralized industrial park with the types of mechanical manufacturing industry.
As noted, Binh Duong province is implementing the project gradually relocating factories with risk of environmental pollution in the south of the province into industrial parks in the North. Therefore, the province is currently planning to build industrial parks in the North, creating a clean land fund for businesses to relocate and build factories.
In addition to the above industrial park, Binh Duong Industrial Park Management Board is organizing the establishment of construction tasks and construction planning projects (1/5,000) Vinh Lap Industrial Park (Phu Giao district). At the same time, the planning of Binh Duong Riverside Industrial Park Construction Zone (Ben Cat City).
