On July 12, Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (VSIP) said it was speeding up the implementation of the Sun Casa Square real estate project in Vinh Tan ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
The project area is planned on an area of over 13 hectares, building 574 commercial townhouses. Each apartment has a land area of 5x20m (100 m2), a construction floor area of 175 m2, a structure of 3 floors and 1 attic.
The real estate project located next to VSIP II industrial park is built modernly, developing towards an ecological industrial park. This industrial park attracts many foreign investors to build factories. The industrial park creates jobs for thousands of workers.

VSIP said that the project has transparent legal status, committed to ensuring progress, and is expected to be handed over by the end of 2025.
