Son Loi Industrial Park has a total planned area of 257.35ha (with more than 178ha of industrial land), located in Binh Nguyen and Binh Tuyen communes, Phu Tho province, near the IC4 intersection of the Hanoi - Lao Cai expressway.
The investor of the Son Loi industrial park technical infrastructure construction project is An Thinh Vinh Phuc Construction Investment Co., Ltd.; the total investment of the project is 1,864 billion VND.
The project "Resettlement Area for households in De Hen village, Binh Tuyen commune to serve site clearance of Son Loi industrial park in Binh Tuyen commune, Phu Tho province" was approved by Binh Tuyen Commune People's Committee according to Decision No. 125/QD-UBND dated January 23, 2026.
This is a project belonging to Group C, with a total investment of nearly 76 billion VND invested by the Binh Tuyen Commune Project Management Board.
According to the reporter's investigation, the Binh Tuyen Commune Project Management Board recently issued a bidding invitation notice for Package No. 03: Construction + Equipment of the project.
Package No. 03 was widely bid through the network, with a price of nearly 60.2 billion VND from public investment capital from the provincial budget with targeted support.
In the near future, after the above-mentioned construction package completes the contractor selection, the winning bidder will construct a resettlement area with a total area of 3.1816ha for households in De Hen village, Binh Tuyen commune.
The resettlement area will include 5 roads with a total length of 1,100.67m, designed to meet urban road standards of internal street level, design speed of 40km/h.
Along with that, there is a parking lot with an area of 1,054.4m2; 2 green areas with an area of 4,209.4m2, in addition, there are 2 other green areas separating rows of houses with an area of 410m2.
The remaining items are: leveling, wastewater and rainwater drainage system, water supply and fire prevention system, power supply and lighting system.
The maximum construction completion time of the project is 420 days.
