On June 6, the Investment Project Management Board of Nguyen Trai commune, Hung Yen province organized the payment of compensation and support funds to households whose land was recovered to implement the Van Nhue - Hoang Hoa Tham Industrial Park project (Tan A Dai Thanh Industrial Park).
In this payment phase, 141 households in Van Nhue and Van Trach villages with land areas within the site clearance area of the project have received compensation and support funds according to the plan approved by competent authorities, with a total amount of more than 45 billion VND.
Payment work is seriously implemented by the Nguyen Trai Commune Investment Project Management Board, ensuring the right subjects, the right regime, publicity, transparency and compliance with State regulations.
At the payment session, households were guided to complete dossiers and necessary procedures, and were also answered on contents related to compensation and support policies when the State recovers land. Thanks to doing a good job of propaganda, mobilization and dialogue, the majority of households agreed and coordinated to implement, contributing to facilitating site clearance for the project.
Paying compensation and support costs to households is one of the important tasks to accelerate the progress of the Van Nhue - Hoang Hoa Tham Industrial Park project (Tan A Dai Thanh Industrial Park).
The project is expected to create motivation to promote industrial development, attract investment, expand job opportunities for workers, and contribute to shifting the local economic structure in a positive and sustainable direction.
