Implementing the policy of promoting investment attraction, creating motivation for socio-economic development and gradually completing urban criteria, Hung Ha Commune People's Committee organized a meeting to remove difficulties and obstacles in site clearance for the project to invest in construction and business of technical infrastructure of Van Lang Industrial Cluster (CCN).
Van Lang IC was established under Decision No. 2678/QD-UBND dated November 24, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee, with a scale of nearly 70ha, total planned area of 699.996.3m2, implemented in two phases. This is one of the key projects, of great significance in expanding the space for industrial development, attracting investment, creating jobs and increasing budget revenue for the locality.
According to reports, specialized agencies, Hung Ha Regional Land Fund Development Branch and investors have actively coordinated to implement tasks serving site clearance. The review of cadastral records, identification of land origin, and population comparison are basically completed in Vinh Truyen, Phu Khu and My Luong villages.
However, in some areas of Thuong Phuc village, there are still difficulties related to land allocation dossiers through periods, it is necessary to continue to review and compare to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal regulations.
At the meeting, delegates focused on assessing the project implementation progress, analyzing the remaining difficulties and obstacles, and proposing many solutions to accelerate site clearance progress.
Mr. Nguyen Van Truong - Chairman of the Commune People's Committee emphasized that Van Lang Industrial Cluster is a project of strategic significance for the development of Hung Ha commune in the new period.
Commune leaders requested relevant agencies and units to continue to improve their sense of responsibility, focus on thoroughly removing arising difficulties and obstacles; accelerate the progress of reviewing and verifying dossiers, ensuring that site clearance work is carried out publicly, transparently, in accordance with regulations and completed according to the set plan.
Mr. Truong affirmed that the early implementation of the project will not only create motivation to promote industrial, commercial, and service development, improve investment attraction capacity and create jobs for workers, but also contribute to completing the criteria for technical infrastructure, urban development and economic growth.
This is a task of particular importance, creating a foundation for Hung Ha commune to successfully implement the goal of building a ward in the coming time.
With the high political determination of the Party Committee and local authorities and the consensus of the people, Van Lang IC is expected to soon become a highlight in attracting investment, creating new growth momentum, contributing to building Hung Ha to develop quickly, sustainably, civilized and modern.
