On November 27, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Duc Tho inspected projects invested by the Hai Phong Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, including: Investment project to build a road from Provincial Road 354, Tien Lang district to National Highway 10, Vinh Bao district; Investment project to build a bridge over Hoa River and the section through Hai Phong of the road from Thai Binh city to Nghin bridge; and Investment project to build a bridge over Hoa River, connecting Vinh Bao district, Hai Phong city and Thai Thuy district, Thai Binh province.
With the investment project to build the road from Provincial Road 354 in Tien Lang District to National Highway 10 in Vinh Bao District, Tien Lang District has basically completed the handover of agricultural land, but there are still problems mainly related to 14 households and 4 organizations. For Vinh Bao District, the site clearance work has been basically completed. Regarding construction, up to now, the construction package of the road connecting from Provincial Road 354 to Tien Thanh Bridge has an estimated implementation volume of 12.6/381 billion VND. The construction package of Tien Thanh Bridge and the road connecting to National Highway 10 has an estimated implementation volume of 212.8/504 billion VND (42.2% of the contract value).
For the Investment Project to build a bridge over Hoa River and the section through Hai Phong of the road from Thai Binh City to Nghin Bridge, up to this point, the unit has completed the site clearance work, the construction volume has reached about 58% of the contract value.
For the project to renovate and upgrade the 1.65 km long section from Hoa River Bridge to Provincial Road 354 (part of the Hoa River Bridge Construction Investment Project connecting Vinh Bao District, Hai Phong with Thai Thuy District, Thai Binh Province), Vinh Bao District is currently carrying out site clearance steps to serve the project construction. Regarding construction and installation work, the contractor has completed the procedures for granting construction permits, building camps, preparing the site for material gathering, mobilizing vehicles, supplies, and human resources for the construction site, installing construction information signs, traffic safety signs, organizing the production of precast concrete components, and is ready to receive and construct the areas where the site has been handed over....
