Mr. Le Thanh Do - Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee has just signed a decision approving the investment policy and at the same time approving the investor for the Viettel Dien Bien Building project with a total investment of 75.736 billion VND in contributed capital, invested by the Military Industry - Telecommunications Group.
The project is being implemented on the TMDV-03 land in the Multi-functional Area along the 60m road axis (Road 7.9), Dien Bien Phu ward. Viettel Dien Bien building has a designed 9-storey floating building, the project's operating period is 50 years.
The building, including the following functions: Office combined with a customer service transaction center, introducing and retailing Viettel's commercial products, meeting room, engine room, technical room, warehouse, common living areas...
The expected architectural scale includes: construction area 673 m2; construction floor area 3,251 m2.
Accordingly, from the third quarter of 2025 to the third quarter of 2026, the project will prepare for investment and complete investment, land, construction and environmental procedures. Construction and acceptance of handover for use from the fourth quarter of 2026 to the fourth quarter of 2027.
The goal of the project is to serve the needs of the centralized office of Viettel Dien Bien and its member units in the area; at the same time, integrating a transaction center, customer service, product introduction and retail, technical areas and other support spaces.
