The residential area and commercial service project in Thanh Nua commune (Zone A, phase 1) with an area of nearly 17,000 m2 was approved for land use rights worth more than 27.4 billion VND. Danco Land Joint Stock Company is the unit responsible for paying land use fees, fully fulfilling the obligations of land users according to the provisions of land law.
The Muong Thanh A Urban Residential Area Project, Dien Bien Phu city (phase 1), the value of residential land use rights for an area of over 3,500 m2 approved is more than 24.6 billion VND. The responsibility for paying land use fees and fulfilling related obligations belongs to NQT Quang Ninh Trading and Construction Joint Stock Company.
The Urban Residential Area, Commercial and Service Area project group 17, 18, Him Lam ward, Dien Bien Phu city (phase 2), with an area of over 12,700 m2, was approved for land use rights at a value of over 82 billion VND. The joint venture of MST Investment Joint Stock Company and VINA2 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company is responsible for paying land use fees for this project.
Dien Bien Department of Agriculture and Environment is responsible for directing the Land Registration Office to transfer land administration information of the land plot to the Provincial Tax Department to calculate the land use fee to be paid.
