HCMC - The 2,870-hectare Can Gio coastal tourism urban area will have a square, golf course, resort, stadium and an iconic 108-storey tower.

Can Gio District is about 50km from the center of Ho Chi Minh City, considered an ideal land for tourism development thanks to its unique coastal location and characteristic mangrove ecosystem.

Recently, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee approved the detailed planning task at a scale of 1/500 for the Can Gio coastal tourist urban area.

The planning area belongs to Long Hoa commune and Can Thanh town, divided into 5 functional zones with a population of about 228,560 people and the goal of welcoming more than 8.8 million visitors per year.

Ho Chi Minh City aims to complete construction licensing procedures for the project before April 30, 2025 so that investment can begin according to regulations.
