Speaking at the working session, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen said that Hung Yen province welcomes BRG Group for paying attention to and studying investment opportunities in the locality.
He emphasized the outstanding advantages of the province such as its location in the center of the Red River Delta region, adjacent to Hanoi Capital and Hai Phong city, along with an increasingly complete transport infrastructure system, creating favorable conditions for the development of industry, services and urban areas.
Provincial leaders also affirmed that in the past time, the locality has always focused on improving the investment environment, accompanying and creating favorable conditions for businesses to learn about and implement projects in accordance with legal regulations.
If researched and implemented effectively, the projects will contribute to creating architectural highlights, urban landscape; expanding new development space; and strengthening the connection between Hanoi Capital and Pho Hien Special National Relic Site and strategic traffic axes of the region.

At the working session, representatives of BRG Group presented research orientations for a number of key projects, including: Central Square with a scale of about 18ha; Knowledge City with a scale of nearly 250ha in Pho Hien ward and International Festival City with a scale of nearly 1,000ha in Son Nam ward.
The projects are oriented to develop according to the new urban ecosystem model, with three main pillars including tourism - festivals; knowledge - innovation; administration - culture.
According to businesses, the projects are expected to create new development space, promote investment attraction, expand services - trade and enhance the cultural - tourism value of the locality. At the same time, this is also an approach to form modern urban centers, with regional connectivity and associated with the historical - cultural identity of the province.
The two sides focused on exchanging views on development space planning, the ability to connect technical infrastructure and social infrastructure between areas planned for investment research. At the same time, many contents were clarified such as the requirement to preserve and promote cultural and historical values associated with sustainable urban development; architectural space organization plan; as well as the conformity with plans approved by competent authorities.
Concluding the working session, provincial leaders highly appreciated the ideas and investment orientations of the enterprise, saying that these are long-term proposals, suitable for the local development orientation. The province requested specialized agencies to continue to closely coordinate with BRG Group to study more deeply and complete the plan and implementation roadmap in the coming time.
