The project is implemented on a land area of about 10,096m2 in the VS6-1 NOXH-2 planning area, belonging to the Han River and East bank sub-area, Ngu Hanh Son ward.
According to the decision, the project includes a 29-story above-ground apartment building with 931 apartments. Preliminary total investment of more than 1,620 billion VND. This is one of the large-scale social housing projects approved for investment in the context that Da Nang is promoting the development of housing funds for low-income people, workers and eligible subjects according to regulations.
Over the past time, Da Nang has continuously supplemented the supply of social housing to meet the increasing needs of people. The city identifies social housing development as one of the key tasks to ensure social security, stabilize the real estate market and create conditions for workers to settle down.
Da Nang is implementing many new social housing projects, while accelerating investment procedures, site clearance and selecting investors to increase apartment supply in the coming period. Many previous social housing sales in the city have recorded the number of registered applications far exceeding the number of distributed apartments, showing that people's housing demand is still very large.
The addition of 931 apartments from the IEC - Cao Son project is expected to contribute to solving the housing needs for low-income people, while realizing the goal of social housing development that Da Nang is implementing in the coming years.
