Tran Bien Ward People's Committee has just issued a notice on land acquisition to implement the Hiep Hoa urban area project in Tran Bien ward, Dong Nai city.
The effective date of the land recovery notice is 12 months from the date of issuance of the land recovery notice. Regarding resettlement arrangement, it shall be implemented according to the plan approved by competent authorities and in accordance with the law.
Tran Bien Ward People's Committee requests relevant agencies, units, organizations, and individuals to coordinate in conducting investigations, surveys, measurements, determining land area, statistics of houses, other assets attached to land, and determining the origin of land to serve as a basis for developing compensation, support, and resettlement plans in accordance with legal regulations.
Hiep Hoa urban area project has an area of 293 ha, recovering land from 1,692 households and individuals/3,079 land plots in Tran Bien ward, Dong Nai city.
The project's investment capital is over 72,000 billion VND, including total construction investment and site clearance costs, and resettlement support.
The Hiep Hoa urban area project is invested with the goal of building a new urban area and service complex, low density, spacious, modern, and harmonious with the natural landscape.
