On September 2nd, the Dong Nai City Land Fund Development Center - Nhon Trach Branch deployed a land recovery plan, investigation, survey, measurement, and inventory to implement a project to create land funds in the vicinity of traffic connection points and traffic routes with development potential to organize land use right auctions in Nhon Trach ward, Dong Nai City (referred to as the project).
The project has a total investment of about 3,686.2 billion VND, adjacent to the parallel road of Ring Road 3 HCMC, adjacent to the Dong Nai River, adjacent to land of households and individuals and adjacent to the Free Land Company project; the main status is agricultural land (water coconut cultivation, rice land, ponds and lakes), non-agricultural land used by organizations, households, and individuals.
According to the plan, the project will implement the land acquisition decision starting from December 2026; handover of land for project implementation from December 2026 to January 2027.
Previously, on August 31, Dong Nai City People's Committee decided to approve the feasibility study report of the project to create a land fund in the vicinity of traffic connection points and traffic routes with development potential to organize a land use right auction in Nhon Trach ward, Dong Nai City (land area of about 358 ha).
The project implementation time is expected to be 5 months, from September 2026 to January 2027.
The project aims to create a clean land fund of about 358ha in Nhon Trach ward, to organize land use right auctions; effectively exploit land resources, increase budget revenue, and contribute to promoting Nhon Trach urban development and socio-economic development of Dong Nai City.
On August 28, the People's Council of Dong Nai City issued a Resolution on investment policy for the project to create a land fund in the vicinity of traffic connection points and traffic routes with development potential to organize land use right auctions in Nhon Trach ward, Dong Nai City (land area of about 358 ha). According to the Resolution, the project has about 50 houses of affected people, about 60 resettlement plots expected in Phuoc An Resettlement Area, Phuoc An commune.
