At around 6am on October 31, a disk-shaped cloud gradually formed on top of Chua Chan mountain and grew larger and larger.
After about an hour, a giant cloud disk covered the entire top of Chua Chan mountain, making many people excited to take pictures and share.
According to locals, the top of Chua Chan mountain still occasionally has cloud disks, but they are smaller in size and not as clear and beautiful as they are today.
A representative of the Dong Nai Province Hydrometeorological Station said that on days when there is a lot of moisture in the air and the weather improves, large clouds form.
Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Huy - Director of Dong Nai Province Hydrometeorological Station added that this is a rare phenomenon, only appearing 1-2 days a year and not every year.
